Refund Policy.

Overview

This Refund Policy describes when and how TradersFuel issues refunds for challenge fees.

By purchasing a challenge, you agree to this policy.

Refund Eligibility

Free Refund Window (24 hours)

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if all of the following apply:

• You have not logged into the trading platform
• You have not placed any trades on the challenge account
• You have not yet been issued trading credentials by email (or you can prove you didn't use them)

Performance Refund (First Payout)

Your challenge fee is fully refunded with your first payout when you:

• Pass the challenge under our rules
• Trade the funded account for at least 14 days
• Request your first payout in good standing

This refund is added to your first payout amount automatically.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not issued in the following cases:

• You logged into the trading platform or placed any trades
• You requested a refund more than 24 hours after purchase
• You violated trading rules (drawdown breach, news trading without Pro Pack, etc.)
• You shared account credentials
• You used a prohibited strategy (latency arbitrage, hedging across accounts, etc.)
• Your account was terminated for fraud or chargeback

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Email support@tradersfuel.com from your registered email address
• Include your order ID (format: tf-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
• State the reason for your refund request

We will respond within 1 business day with a decision.

Processing Times and Fees

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency refunds are sent to the wallet from which payment was received.

Network fees for crypto refunds are deducted from the refund amount.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or dispute without first contacting our support team is a breach of these Terms.

Accounts associated with chargeback attempts will be permanently closed and may be reported to fraud prevention networks.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
