TradersFuel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
To use TradersFuel you must:
TradersFuel offers simulated trading challenges on demo accounts. By passing a challenge under our rules, you become eligible for a profit-sharing arrangement on a funded simulated account.
Trades placed on TradersFuel accounts are executed on simulated environments using live market data. TradersFuel may, at its sole discretion, hedge trades to live markets or hold them internally.
Profit payouts represent a contractual profit-share, not the recovery of trading gains from external markets.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. Account sharing voids the account without refund.
One person, one identity. Multiple accounts per individual must be in your legal name and pass KYC.
Challenge fees are payable at the time of order. We accept cryptocurrency via NowPayments.
The challenge fee is refundable with your first payout when you successfully pass a challenge and request your first withdrawal, provided no rules have been breached.

The following are prohibited and void the account without refund:
All content on TradersFuel — including the brand name, logos, copy, design, software, and rules — is the exclusive property of TradersFuel.
You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any portion of the Service without written permission.
Trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all participants. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Hypothetical and simulated performance has inherent limitations and does not reflect actual trading.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradersFuel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues or data.
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to TradersFuel in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradersFuel, its affiliates, officers and employees from any claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or violation of trading rules.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@tradersfuel.com.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved by good-faith negotiation.
Failing resolution, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TradersFuel is registered.
